Responsibilities Overview:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

  • Keep front end of house clean, neat, and organized at all times.

  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features

  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales

  • Maintain product shelves/clothing racks/displays in attractive organized manner.

  • Actively seek out customers in store to help.

  • Remain knowledgeable on services/products offered and discuss available options

  • Cross sell products/services in addition to up-selling merchandise

  • Build productive trust relationships with customers

  • Commitment to using our branded scripts: unique phone greeting, making appointments, confirmation calls, rescheduling, answering questions regarding services, pricing, level system, upselling, handling upset guests, all with professionalism and using our customized scripts when applicable.

  • Following through with our planned script for our salon tour, new client welcome gift, and referral program, etc.

  • Ensuring all guests are greeted warmly, checked in, and share about current specials and promotions. Offer coffee, take coat, etc..,

  • Assist guests with purchases. (answer questions, make suggestions). Follow through at check out with company’s recommended scripts and procedures for offering retail/homecare options, scheduling next visit, offering more service choices to upgrade the guest experience.

  • Assist guest in dressing room (Take things to and from the dressing room for guests, providing different sizes, items that enhance the look).

  • Create & Maintain displays with Team Leads guidance.

  • Make suggestions for boutique items to complete their look

  • Plan and track goals.

  • Check in, steam & tag (boutique items), and put away all deliveries (excluding back bar supplies).

  • Help with Inventory counts as assigned.

  • Maintain and present a fashionable, professional image following our brand code requirements of dress, hair, etc.

  • Attend all team and sales associate meetings.

  • Attend/Complete all classes/training (online & in store) for Sales Associates.


Sales Associate: $12.00 per hour plus monthly bonuses and commissions. Hourly increases based on goals met.

Responsibilities Overview:

Same as Sales Associate plus….

  • Prepare daily reports and bank deposits

  • Review daily sales reports and complete daily sales paperwork accurately, on time

  • Create Sales Associate schedules in timely manner. Ensure coverage and stay within budget.

  • Cover any shifts that you are unable to find coverage for when sales associate calls out.

  • Act as liaison between Sales Associates and management

  • Train all new Sales Associates.

  • Create and maintain displays on regular basis (boutique displays, nesting tables, featured product, promotions, etc.., (Include sales associates for assistance).

  • Ensure all Sales Associates are planning and tracking their goals.

  • Conduct monthly ‘One on One’ meetings with Sales Associates.

  • Hold weekly 15 minute ‘Huddles’ to keep Sales team up to date. (this can be done via Zoom)

  • Conduct Monthly meetings with Sales team (this can be done via Zoom)

  • Ensure Inventory counts are completed as required. Complete reports and turn into management upon completion.

  • Hold Sales Associates accountable for their responsibilities at all times.

  • Handle guest challenges.

  • Ensure promotional displays/signage are put up and taken down on time.

  • Ensure all Sales team knows and promotes the current promotions

  • Assist in recruiting and hiring new Sales Associates.


Lead Sales Associate: Starting at $15.00 - $18 per hour (Based on experience) plus monthly bonuses and commissions. Hourly increases based on goals met.
